What this site keeps.

The public pages here do not use cookies. While you visit, your browser holds a random number for that visit, so one visit counts once. It is gone when you close the tab. When a page opens, a song preview plays, or you tap through to a store, the site counts it: which page, which button, what kind of device (phone or computer) and which site sent you. It never records your IP address or who you are. These counts only tell Zanoxolo what people listen to. The site also counts how Get closer and these pages are used: what is opened and played, how long the music takes to start, and what breaks, to make it better. Those counts are never sold, and there are no outside trackers here. If your browser asks sites not to track it (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), the counts stay anonymous and nothing is kept in your browser. Get closer (listen.zanoxolo.com/in/) is the part you sign in to, with Google or an email link. Once you sign in, your browser remembers it in its own storage until you sign out. Zanoxolo never sees a password. Inside, these are kept so Zanoxolo can let you in, play you the right songs and reply: your name and email, your city, how long you have been listening and how you found him, the notes you leave, and what you play, ask for, share or say you are coming to. If you ask him to play your city: the city, the place you named, how many you would bring and your note (other fans only see how many people asked for each city). Which follow buttons you tap, as a count. If you joined as industry, what you do and where. That is all. Instagram and TikTok posts inside Get closer only load when you tap them, and then those services' own policies apply. It is never sold or shared. New-music emails only go out if you ticked the box, and every one has a one-tap unsubscribe. You can see, fix or delete what is held about you, or leave Get closer, any time: email vangile@studios.vthlegacy.com. The full terms, in plain words, are at listen.zanoxolo.com/in/terms. South Africa's POPIA applies. Song previews on the public pages come from Apple Music. The Spotify and Apple Music players only load when you tap them, and then those services' own policies apply.
